a) No upfront Costs to Seller/Homebuyer.

documentation required for the sale of your home. When you find your next home during the sale of your current home your Person Realtor will work to coordinate dates to make your move as seamless as possible. If your home gets an offer on it and you
need more time to find your next home, we can negotiate this into the contract. Generally, up to 90 days from accepting the offer.
c) Your Experienced Personal Realtor negotiates the best deal on the sale of your home as well as negotiating the best deal on the
purchase of your new home.

e) MRG takes pictures of your home to upload onto the MLS, it also includes a Zillow virtual tour.
f) You may utilize the Housing Initiative Rebate Program to get a
Rebate up to $5,000.

h) Property is placed on the MLS (Multiple Listings Service)
Also, your home will be advertised on hundreds of sites that get fed from the MLS such as Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com, and more!
i) BAC (Buyer Agent Commission) % chosen by Seller.
j) Home is Advertised on different platforms such as Facebook,
Marketplace, etc.
k) LAC (Listing Agent Commission) is dropped from 1.5% to only
1% of final gross Sales price of home.
